Took my dog here and they said nothing was wrong with him and then the next day he passed away. They wouldn’t do checks or nothing on him they just looked at him and said he is fine
called up as new customer and i luckily got an appointment really quickly thanks to a cancellation. the girl at the front desk was nice, minimal questions, nice chat. went through to see Dr Euan i think and he was really good. great advice, to the point, not too short, not too long. it's about 13 hours since i went in and my dog is feeling much better now. this morning was pretty grim for me so thanks a bunch Falcon vet!
Had to rush my little dog to our usual vet as she had eaten rat bait. They were so proficient and thorough. I have been taking my pets to Falcon vets for approx 10 years and have always been very happy with their treatment of my furkids. I like that Falcon Vets do not over book but prefer a steady pace of clients to care for so it doesn’t feel like it’s all about money but all about looking after the animals.

the girl on the phone was so rude. I had an emergency with my dog. Not helpful at all. Went to estry vets brilliant.
Thay are very good with Zoey and when above and beyond to help me cat when they new there was nothing thay could do for her anymore. Straff are very lovely and vet allways had a great experience there thank you .
Sadly the first experience we had here was to have our family dog put to sleep due to a terminal illness. It was unexpected, therefore a complete Shock for us. I was so grateful that only by chance, we found ourselves with an appointment for this vet.
She was absolutely amazing. A very humble, professional, extremely compassionate, with just the right combination of the above, to deliver a very comforting and nurturing experience in a very difficult and emotionally disableling time.
Thank you for your awesome support from both myself and my sons. We recieved a sympathy card for the loss of Chella yesterday.....such a lovely gesture also ❤
Was so caring & helpful when my 18 year old cat became I'll, & able to ensure she was relatively pain free until her passing.
We have now adopted a kitten from them , & will happily continue to have any/all of his treatments there.
